As a Plano maternity photographer, getting to document families through multiple seasons of life is one of the greatest joys of my job—and the Scott family is so special to me. I have been photographing them for several years, and every session feels like catching up with old friends. This maternity session at Oak Point Park in Plano, Texas was especially meaningful as they prepare to welcome their fourth baby, making their family perfectly balanced with two boys and two girls.
Oak Point Park is one of my favorite locations as a maternity photographer in Plano. The sun was absolutely perfect during their session, giving us soft, glowing light that made everything feel warm and dreamy. Between the tall trees, open trails, and peaceful scenery, every spot looked beautiful. The natural light highlighted the love and connection this family shares as they get ready to meet their newest little one.
Watching the kids during this session was one of the sweetest parts. They are so excited to become big brothers and big sisters again. Their smiles, laughter, and cuddles made every image feel full of joy. As a Plano maternity photographer, capturing real emotion and genuine connection is always my goal, and this session had so much of both.
Being a maternity maternity photographer—someone who focuses deeply on this season of life—means telling more than just a story about pregnancy. It’s about honoring the journey, the family you already have, and the love that is growing right alongside your baby. The Scott family shows that so beautifully.
This blog post is all about showcasing their images and celebrating this season of life. As a Plano maternity photographer and maternity maternity photographer, I’m so honored to continue documenting families like the Scotts as they grow. Thank you, Scott family, for trusting me again to capture such a meaningful chapter. I can’t wait to meet your newest baby and continue telling your story through my lens.
