The Apligian family session was truly one of those days that reminds me why I love being a McKinney extended family photographer. From the moment they arrived at Erwin Park in McKinney, Texas, it was clear this was going to be something special. They were all absolutely gorgeous and chose the most beautiful color palette to coordinate together—nothing too matchy, just perfectly balanced and timeless. Every combination photographed so effortlessly, and their style elevated the entire session.

They were also a dream to work with. Every pose I suggested, they jumped right in with smiles, laughter, and total trust. They moved easily, interacted so naturally, and made my job incredibly easy. When a family is open, relaxed, and willing to try everything, the images just come to life—and that’s exactly what happened with them.

What made this session even more meaningful was knowing they were all together for the holidays. With everyone in town, it was the perfect time to capture these memories at Erwin Park. Creating this extended family session for the Apligian family felt like such an honor, and I know these images will be treasured for years to come.
